Fire Cupping

Fire Cupping

Fire cupping is an ancient Chinese practice that helps relieve pain and inflammation. It can also help heal a variety of ailments by moving stagnant blood and other fluids through the body.

To perform fire cupping, the therapist lights a cotton ball and places it in a glass cup. The therapist then puts the cup upside down on a person’s skin.

This creates suction, which pulls the skin up into the cup. This skin is often left red or purple.

The cups are typically placed on an area of pain, soreness, or inflammation. This includes areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, and legs.

Fire cupping also helps treat an array of chronic conditions, including:

  • Pain relief from injuries or arthritis.
  • Reducing inflammation and swelling.
  • Relaxing muscles and increasing mobility.
  • Asthma or bronchitis.
  • Anxiety or depression.
  • Soreness from exercise.

Cupping may leave marks or bruises called petechiae that usually go away within 10 days. These marks are sometimes confused with burns, but they don’t usually hurt or cause other symptoms as burns do.

Why Choose Us?

We offer Cupping Therapy services in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ancient technique of cupping has been used for centuries to improve the flow of energy throughout the body. Our clients notice that they have more energy and stamina, less pain and stiffness, improved digestion, and better sleep. Many also notice an improvement in their general health and well-being.

Cupping, a form of therapeutic bodywork, involves creating suction on the skin with special cups that gently pull up soft tissue. This is thought to improve blood flow and promote healing by opening up the body’s meridians (energy channels). In Chinese medicine, it is believed that problems arise when these channels become obstructed, causing qi (energy) to stagnate. Cupping aims to remove these obstructions so that qi can flow freely again.

The technique can be used for both bodywork therapy as well as detoxification. When applied over the liver, it is thought to help remove toxins from the affected site. Cupping may also help relieve pain from muscle tension or spasms.

If you are looking for a place where you can enjoy cupping therapy, we are here for you!
